La primera generaci\u00f3n utiliza un sistema motorizado y la segunda, un sistema de varilla extensible magn\u00e9tica. Se fabrican a medida. Con herramientas especiales, se estimula el clavo desde el exterior y se consigue su elongaci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/p><p>Dado que este m\u00e9todo se puede aplicar de forma cerrada, los problemas cut\u00e1neos son m\u00ednimos y los resultados est\u00e9ticos son pr\u00e1cticamente perfectos. El riesgo de infecci\u00f3n es pr\u00e1cticamente nulo.
